End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Chrome GPT ("Business" or "we" or "us") for the use of the Chrome GPT Chrome Extension ("Extension").

By using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Extension.

License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Business grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for the duration of the User's subscription. User may use the Extension on up to [2/3/4] devices depending on the plan purchased.

Restrictions on Use

User may not: (1) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Extension; (2) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Extension; (3) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within the Extension; (4) use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (5) use the Extension to harm or exploit minors; (6) use the Extension to harass, abuse, or threaten others; or (7) use the Extension in any way that could damage the reputation of Business or the Extension.

Ownership

Business owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension, including all intellectual property rights, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to User in this Agreement.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Business does not warrant that the Extension will meet User's requirements or that the operation of the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. Business is not responsible for any issues or problems that arise from User's use of the Extension.

Limitation of Liability

Business shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Extension or this Agreement, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data. In no event shall Business's total liability exceed the amount paid by User for the Extension.

Termination

This Agreement and the license granted hereunder shall terminate automatically if User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, User shall immediately cease all use of the Extension and destroy all copies of the Extension in its possession or control.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
